Mini implants are smaller then conventional implants making them an ideal solution to add support to a full or partial dentures. Due to their small size the placement procedure is minimally invasive. Mini implants have rounded tops and o-rings to secure your denture or partial. You can remove and insert your dentures and partials as before, only now you will have added retention to secure your them in place.
